Lyna is a nutrition and fitness tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze your meals from photos and help you reach your health goals. The application connects to Apple Health (HealthKit) to sync your physical activity data.

3. User Account

To use Lyna, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Lyna offers a free version with basic features.
• A premium subscription is available via in-app purchase.
• Subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's billing and renewal terms apply.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the application in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to circumvent the application's security measures.
• Not use the application for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
• Not reproduce, modify, or distribute the application's content without authorization.

7. Data Accuracy

AI-powered nutritional analysis is provided as an estimate. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of results, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of displayed nutritional values.

The Lyna application, its design, source code, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lyna is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application, including errors in nutritional analysis or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these terms.
